NOVELTY - Halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) cable material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. TPE resin, 10-30 pts. wt. polyolefine resin, 10-15 pts. wt. phosphite ester, 5-8 pts. wt. polyimide modified oxidized graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc borate, 3-6 pts. wt. polyethylene (PE) wax, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 10-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 8-10 pts. wt. nanometer boron carbide, 15-18 pts. wt. modified filler, 5-8 pts. wt. high-efficiency environment-friendly flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 2-5 pts. wt. phase solvent. USE - Used as halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has better tensile strength, higher dielectric strength and stability, simple preparation method, and excellent flame retardant performance; and is suitable for wide-scale popularization and application, and environmentally freindly; and contains halogen-free raw material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the cable material comprising (i) taking the raw materials according to the weight ratio of the TPE cable material, mixing the TPE resin, the polyolefin resin, and the phosphite, heating to 40-50 degrees C, then adding PE wax and continuously stirring for 30-50 minutes, cooling the material to room temperature, adding polyimide-modified graphene oxide, zinc borate, zinc oxide, wollastonite powder, carbon fiber, nano-boron carbide, modified filler, high-efficiency environmentally friendly flame retardant, plasticizer and phase solvent into a high-speed mixer and uniformly mixing, forced feeding in a twin screw extruder for extrusion granulation to obtain the high-strength halogen-free flame-retardant TPE cable material, and further drying the pellets in a hot air dryer.
