▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The multi-layered sheet has a magnesium-based alloy substrate and micro-arc oxidized layers that are formed on two opposite surfaces of the magnesium-based alloy substrate. A graphene-based barrier coating includes 20-70 wt.% graphene based on the total weight of the coating and is formed on either one or both of the micro-arc oxidized layers. The graphene-based barrier coating has a thickness of 5-15 micrometers and the micro-arc oxidized layer has a thickness of 3-25 micrometers. USE - Multi-layered sheet for use as housing for electronic devices, such as laptop computer, tablet computer, desktop computer, and smart phones. ADVANTAGE - The micro-arc oxidized layers are formed on the magnesium-based alloy substrate through micro-arc oxidation treatment, which improves the corrosion-resistance of magnesium-based alloy substrate. The multi-layered sheet has high pencil hardness, stain and solvent resistance to a wide range of stains, which makes it more suitable for use as a housing for electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a process for preparing a multi-layered sheet; and (2) a use of a multi-layered sheet.
