NOVELTY - Pickering emulsion comprises an oil-in-water emulsion comprising graphene oxide quantum dots, an oil phase and an aqueous phase. USE - The Pickering emulsion is used as a Chlamydia trachomatis vaccine adjuvant. ADVANTAGE - The Pickering emulsion uses graphene oxide quantum dots as an emulsifier, has excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility of graphene oxide quantum dots, due to the high surface area, shows high immune enhancement efficiency, slowly releases antigens in vivo and in vitro, and does not cause damage to heart, liver and kidney function of mice. The method is simple and easy to operate and cost-effective.
