NOVELTY - Repairing material comprises 350-450 pts. wt. cement P. O52.5, 300-400 pts. wt. fine sand, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon ash, 3-5 pts. wt. cellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. starch ether, 20-25 pts. wt. dispersed latex powder, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium formate, 10-12 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine and 150-300 pts. wt. heavy calcium. The reinforcing agent is prepared by adding sodium nitrate into the concentrated sulphuric acid, stirring and adding graphene and potassium permanganate, preserving temperature and reacting, then adding de-ionized water, preserving temperature and reacting, adding hydrogen peroxide, continuously preserving temperature and reacting. USE - Repairing material for surface micro-crack of prefabricated component. ADVANTAGE - The repairing material has anti-aging effect, so that the repairing material in the long time use process will not appear aging phenomenon, ensuring the normal use of the prefabricated component.
