▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fire-resistant plastic comprises 40-45 pts. wt. white corundum, 10-15 pts. wt. mullite, 10-15 pts. wt. alumina powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-8 pts. wt. binder. The binder is prepared by heating 100-200 g polydimethylsiloxane at 420-430 degrees C for 1-2 hours under protective gas; further heating at 460-480 degrees C for 40-50 minutes; cooling; adding with 200-300 ml xylene; stirring and mixing; filtering to obtain filtrate; concentrating filtrate; and mixing with crushed zirconium boride, and 100-200 ml water to obtain binder. USE - Fire-resistant plastic. ADVANTAGE - The fire-resistant plastic has better high-temperature strength, has better wear resistance, and is suitable for promotion and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fire-resistant plastic comprises 40-45 pts. wt. white corundum, 10-15 pts. wt. mullite, 10-15 pts. wt. alumina powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-8 pts. wt. binder. The binder is prepared by heating 100-200 g polydimethylsiloxane at 420-430 degrees C for 1-2 hours under protective gas; further heating at 460-480 degrees C for 40-50 minutes; cooling at room temperature to obtain product; adding product with 200-300 ml xylene; stirring and mixing; filtering to obtain filtrate; concentrating filtrate; crushing 30-40 g zirconium boride; and mixing concentrated filtrate, crushed zirconium boride and 100-200 ml water to obtain binder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fire-resistant plastic by weighing raw materials according to proportion; crushing white corundum and mullite to 1-3 mm particle diameter; mixing with alumina powder, dispersant, zirconium dioxide, and graphene for 10-20 minutes; adding binder; continue mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain slurry; drying slurry to moisture content of 0.3-0.5%; and packaging and storing to obtain plastic.
