▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The plate has a core material comprising an aerogel fiber, a fiber product formed by aerogel fiber, a composite fiber product formed by blending the aerogel fiber and bonding agent, where volume ratio of the aerogel fiber in the composite fiber product is measured as 80 to 99%. The aerogel fiber comprises a multi-level hole structure including mesoporous, micro-pore and macro-porous. A high barrier film covers around the core material to form a closed structure, where thermal conductivity of the aerogel fiber core vacuum insulating plate is less than 10mW and density is less than 300kg/m3. The Aerogel fiber comprises a polyamide gas gel fiber, a silicon oxide aerogel fiber, a polyimide aerogel fiber, a graphene aerogel fiber and a cellulose gas gel fiber. USE - Aerogel fiber core vacuum insulating plate for use in an industry and building construction. ADVANTAGE - The multi-stage hole structure reduces the core material to air pressure sensitivity in the plate. The plate has prolonged service life of a vacuum heat insulating plate, can capture small amount of gas generated in process of using, which avoids use of a getter.
