▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous sheet-shaped sodium-ion battery cathode material comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide in an alcohol reagent, and adding specific amount of alkali source to make the solution pH of more than 7; (b) adding titanium source, continuing stirring and reacting for 12-24 hours, filtering and drying to obtain a composite material of titanium dioxide and graphene oxide, and crushing to obtain pellets; and (c) calcining the pellets in the pellet calcining device for 1-4 hours, uniformly introducing fresh air into the pellets repeatedly during the calcination process, unidirectionally displacing the fresh air from the bottom to the top to replace the reaction waste gas inside the pellets, taking out the solid powder. USE - The cathode material is useful in preparing button cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material is suitable for high-pressure dense design, high-rate charge and discharge, conducive to the insertion and extraction of sodium ions and has large pore volume and pore size and effectively prevents the blockage of the pore structure due to insufficient gasification of the graphene oxide template during the calcination process, improves the liquid retention capacity, reduces the internal stress of the material, avoids the film stripping and sodium precipitation of the pole piece, and improves cell energy density and rate performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of cathode material in preparing button cell.
