▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite processing method of femtosecond laser ablation superhydrophobic surface-surface coating film, involves using femtosecond pulsed laser to etch a surface of substrate material sample to obtain material sample with micro-nano array surface, coating a layer of low-energy state hydrophobic film on the material sample with micro-nano array surface to obtain low-energy state hydrophobic film-micro-nano array structure surface composite material, and realizing the comprehensive hydrophobic property of physical hydrophobicity and chemical hydrophobicity. USE - Composite processing method of femtosecond laser ablation superhydrophobic surface-surface coating film for processing composite surface-nano array. ADVANTAGE - The method combines the femtosecond laser etching technology and low energy state hydrophobic thin film coating technology, and has the characteristics of high processing precision, strong stability, fast and efficient preparation.
