▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene quantum dot reinforced aluminum-based composite material involves using commercially available graphene oxide as a raw material, producing a three-dimensional network-shaped graphene through a hydrothermal reaction, etching with nitric acid, evaporating, neutralizing, and drying and preparing light brown graphene quantum dots. USE - The composite material is useful in applications transportation, electronics manufacturing and architectural decoration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material adopts simple preparation process and the graphene quantum dots which are small in size, strong in dispersibility and high in strengthening efficiency and has improved performance and has the tensile strength of 235-296Mpa, which is 4.9-32.6% higher than the tensile strength of the raw material aluminum.
