▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based dielectric elastomer composite comprises 100 pts. wt. elastomer substrate, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide-based dielectric filler and 0.5-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. The graphene oxide-based dielectric filler is polydopamine organic layer coated with sheet-shaped graphite. The average thickness of polydopamine organic layer is 1.2-4.1 nm. The dielectric filler is dispersed in the horizontal layer of elastomer substrate. The polydopamine organic layer coated with sheet-shaped graphite contains latex particles having isolated network structure. USE - Graphene-based dielectric elastomer composite is used in biomedical field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based dielectric elastomer composite has excellent electrical breakdown strength and low dielectric loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based dielectric elastomer composite, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water, processing into nano-level sheet-shaped graphite to obtain stable graphene oxide aqueous solution, regulating pH of the solution, adding dopamine, mixing to obtain graphene oxide dielectric filling material, ultrasonically dispersing in deionized water, mixing with the rubber latex, ultrasonically mixing, reacting, filling the obtained mixture in the elastomer substrate, adding crosslinking agent, reacting, vacuum drying, and vulcanizing.
