▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High oxygen barrier coating comprises 20-40 wt.% hard acrylate monomer, 5-20 wt.% soft acrylate monomer, 0.1-10 wt.% pre-crosslinking monomer, 0.5-30 wt.% post-crosslinking monomer, 0.2-1 wt.% initiator, 40-65 wt.% solvent, 0.5-2.5 wt.% vinyl siloxane and 0.05-2 wt.% inorganic nano powder. USE - Used as high oxygen barrier coating. ADVANTAGE - The high oxygen barrier coating: comprises vinyl silane whose one end contains a double bond, which can participate in the polymerization of acrylate, and hydroxy group formed by hydrolysis at the other end will react with the hydroxy group on the surface of the inorganic powder to form a more stable adsorption; comprises vinyl siloxane which is flexible and easy to rotate; comprises inorganic powder adsorbed at the hydroxy end which is easier to disperse in the gap of the crosslinked structure formed with the acrylate functional monomer, and its combination with the crosslinked structure is blocked; prolongs the diffusion path of water vapor molecules due to the diffusion path of oxygen; and improves the barrier effect of the coating on oxygen and water vapor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high oxygen barrier coating comprising (a) introducing vinyl siloxane and nano-powder material into a disperser, adding water or ethanol, dispersing at a high speed for 45-100 minutes, (b) transferring the dispersion into a drying container, placing into an oven to dry until there is no solvent residue, drying at 70-100degrees Celsius, and grinding, (c) hard acrylate monomer, soft acrylate monomer, post-crosslinking monomer, 1/2-1/3 of solvent and 1/4-1/3 of initiator into a reaction container, stirring and heating to 78-84degrees Celsius and reacting for 2.5-4 hours, (d) heating to 86-90degrees Celsius, adding pre-crosslinking monomer, 1/3-1/2 solvent and 1/3-1/2 initiator for 2-4 hours, adding half, adding the ground powder of the step (b), (e) adding the residual initiator, heating to 92-95degrees Celsius for 2-4 hours, (f) cooling to room temperature and discharging, (g) adding curing agent before coating the machine, (h) adding the remaining initiator, heating to 92-95degrees Celsius for 2-4 hours, and (i) cooling to room temperature and discharging.
