NOVELTY - Method for preparing wall painting reinforcing material polyacrylic acid functionalized graphene (PAAG)/calcium hydroxide, involves synthesizing graphite oxide (GO) from natural graphite powder by a modified Hummers method, exfoliating the graphite oxide into graphene oxide, dispersing the sample in an aqueous solution and ultrasonically treating, and centrifuging to prepare a uniform graphite oxide (GO) dispersion, adding polyacrylic acid to prepared exfoliated GO dispersion, stirring, calcining the resulting stable black mixture at centrifugation and washing with deionized water to remove excess polyacrylic acid to obtain PAAG, preparing nano-calcium hydroxide, and preparing PAAG/calcium hydroxide complex by adding PAAG to mixture of diethylene glycol (DEG) and ethylene glycol (EG), adding sodium hydroxide, adding calcium chloride dihydrate to secondary distilled water, heating the two solutions, uniformly mixing, washing with saturated lime water, vacuum drying, and collecting. USE - The wall painting reinforcing material PAAG/clacium hydroxide is used for reinforcing ancient wall painting for reinforcing and repairing wall painting at home and abroad. ADVANTAGE - The wall painting reinforcing material has high compatibility, aging resistance, air permeability, easy carbonization and high adhesive force, and has strong adhesion to the wall painting pigment. The nano-composite material is dispersed in the alcohol solution, which effectively reduces the adding of salt ion in the aqueous solution, greatly protects the wall-painting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing wall painting reinforcing material polyacrylic acid functionalized graphene (PAAG)/calcium hydroxide, involves synthesizing graphite oxide (GO) from natural graphite powder by a modified Hummers method, exfoliating the graphite oxide into graphene oxide, dispersing the sample in an aqueous solution and ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes, and centrifuging at 3000 rpm for 30 minutes to prepare a uniform graphite oxide (GO) dispersion with a concentration of 0.4 mg/ml, adding 340 mg polyacrylic acid to 40 ml prepared exfoliated 0.4 mg/ml GO dispersion, stirring for 20 minutes, stirring at a water bath temperature of 90℃ for 2 hours, calcining the resulting stable black mixture at 15000 rpm centrifugation and washing with deionized water for several times to remove excess polyacrylic acid to obtain PAAG, preparing nano-calcium hydroxide by adding 4.41 g calcium chloride dihydrate to 100 ml double-distilled water, adding 2.4 g sodium hydroxide to 100 ml double-distilled water, heating the two solutions at 90℃, uniformly mixing, washing the product with saturated lime water and drying in vacuum, and preparing PAAG/calcium hydroxide complex by adding 150 mg PAAG to 50 ml mixture of diethylene glycol (DEG) and ethylene glycol (EG), transforming into a homogeneous solution by sonication, adding 2.4 g sodium hydroxide, adding 4.41 g calcium chloride dihydrate to 100 ml secondary distilled water, heating the two solutions at 90℃, uniformly mixing, washing the obtained product with saturated lime water, vacuum drying, and collecting the white product to obtain the PAAG/calcium hydroxide material.
