NOVELTY - A spray-free polyoxymethylene composite material comprises functionalized masterbatch comprising 3-15 pts. wt. elastic ionomer, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 3-8 pts. wt. metallic toner. USE - Spray-free polyoxymethylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a excellent surface-free spray effect and improves polyoxymethylene molding, has high shrinkage rate and dimensional stability which makes easy to warp. The prepared samples with different wall thicknesses have reduced warpage to about 1/4-1/5 of existing materials in high-temperature and long-cycle test environment. The efficient composite masterbatch modification can also effectively compensate for the negative impact of the addition of elastomer toughening agents on the rigidity and heat resistance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of spray-free polyoxymethylene composite material, which involves (1) mixing polyoxymethylene resin, dispersant and anti-aging additive, obtaining mixed raw materials, (2) drying, placing dried mixed raw materials in the main feed bin of a twin-screw extruder which is tightly meshed with co-rotation, feeding into the barrel of the extruder through the feeding screw, placing functionalized masterbatch in the side feed bin of the extruder screw which has diameter of 36 mm, and aspect ratio L/D of 44, feeding into the barrel of the extruder through the feeding screw, adjusting temperature of each section of the main cylinder from the feeding port to the top exit to 90 degrees C , 170 degrees C, 180 degrees C, 195 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 200 degrees C and 200 degrees C at 300 rpm, performing melt extrusion, granulating, and drying.
