NOVELTY - Antistatic polyester topcoat comprises 41-45 pts. wt. polyester resin, 5-7 pts. wt. melamine formaldehyde resin, 14-22 pts. wt. solvent, 8-10 pts. wt. composite conductive agent, 20-24 pts. wt. pigment filler and 8.3-16.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the composite conductivity agent is a mixture of graphene or a graphene composite material of graphene and titanium dioxide or graphene composite and an organic binder. USE - The finish paint is used for building decorative material, inner wall board, inner wall plate, human body and inner wall contact of moment. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic polyester finish paint has excellent hardness, flexibility and durability, chemical resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical stability, small granularity, high covering power and decolouring force, non-transparency and good glossiness. The surface paint formed using the polyester resin and melamine formaldehyde resin cross-linking reaction to form a net-shaped structure has good hardness and flexibility, and durability. The organic bonding agent is absorbed with the surface of the conductive titanium pigment of the graphene or the graphene composite to process, so that the particles generate network bridging effect. The conductive pigment with good combination property of graphene or graphene improves the dispersibility and conductivity of the composite conductive agent in the paint.
