▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Wear- and high temperature- resistant nylon-based composite functional materials comprise 95-105 pts. wt. nylon salt, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. brucite fibers, 3-8 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-carbon sol having 20-25% solid content, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. talc, 1-3 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.2-1 pts. wt. capping agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid and 40-70 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as wear- and high temperature- resistant nylon-based composite functional materials. ADVANTAGE - The materials have relatively good flame retardant and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the materials, comprising (a) mixing nylon salt, graphene oxide, capping agents and 6-aminocaproic acid, performing ultrasonic dispersion at 50-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours, to obtain a premix, and adding premix into an autoclave; (b) adding the reaming raw materials to deionized water, uniformly mixing with ultrasound and adding into a high pressure reactor; and (c) replacing the air in the autoclave by nitrogen at least three times, using nitrogen gas as a reaction protective gas, warming up to 160-260 degrees C until pressure reaches 2-3.5 MPa, and maintaining pressure at 2-3.5 MPa by releasing water vapor in the reactor, under constant pressure reaction time of 1-3 hours, releasing pressure in the reactor to atmospheric pressure, discharging, where during the reaction, the temperature in the kettle not greater than 280 degrees C.
