NOVELTY - A magnesium borate whisker reinforced silicon carbide based ceramic circuit board substrate material comprises 60-65 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 6-8 pts. wt. magnesium borate whisker, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. magnesium silicate, 10-13 pts. wt. nano alumina, 1-2 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 8-10 pts. wt. glycerol, 5-6 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 10-12 pts. wt. nano ceramic powder transparent liquid, and 50-60 pts. wt. de ionized water. USE - Magnesium borate whisker reinforced silicon carbide based ceramic circuit board substrate material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate material has high density, high flexibility, high efficiency, excellent sintering properties and wide application and effectively improves the strength and toughness of the ceramic portion. The method enables preparation of magnesium borate whisker reinforced silicon carbide based ceramic circuit board substrate material with low cost.
