▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Integrated self-charging system of perovskite flexible solar cells and lithium-sulfur batteries comprises perovskite flexible solar cell including a flexible substrate, a transparent conductive layer and multiple perovskite battery units arranged in sequence. The perovskite battery unit includes an electron transport layer, a perovskite layer and a whole transport layer arranged in order. The anode of the last perovskite cell unit is used as the anode of the perovskite flexible solar cell. The cathode of the first perovskite battery cell is used as the cathode of the perovskite flexible solar cell. The lithium-sulfur battery includes a anode, a cathode and a solid electrolyte. The anode is electrically connected with the anode and the cathode is electrically connected with the cathode to form a loop. USE - Used as integrated self-charging system of perovskite flexible solar cells and lithium-sulfur batteries. ADVANTAGE - The battery improves the integration, whole efficiency and stability of the self-charging system.
