NOVELTY - An UV-curable composite antibacterial anticorrosive coating contains 25-35 pts. wt. aromatic urethane acrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 1-6 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 20-25 pts. wt. fatty amine ethoxylate quaternary ammonium salt derivative, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, 3-6 pts. wt. matte powder, 20-25 pts. wt. graphene, 20-25 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide sol and 7-12 pts. wt. silver ion solution. USE - The UV-curable composite antibacterial anticorrosive coating is useful for metal. ADVANTAGE - The UV-curable composite coating has excellent antibacterial properties, corrosion resistance, aging properties and compatibility.
