DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of insulated high molecule/graphene composite material, which involves mixing graphite oxide, phenyl isocyanate, insulated high molecule and reducing agent reacting, filtering, washing and drying.
