NOVELTY - An insulated high-molecule/graphene composite material is obtained by reacting graphite oxide (50 mg), phenyl isocyanate (1-5 mmol), insulated high-molecule (0.5-5 g) and reducing agent (2-6 mg). USE - Insulated high-molecule/graphene composite material used as electric active intermediate layer in information memory (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulating high molecule/graphene composite material is manufactured efficiently and economically with excellent storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of insulated high molecule/graphene composite material, which involves mixing graphite oxide, phenyl isocyanate, insulated high molecule and reducing agent reacting, filtering, washing and drying.
