▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reducing deformation defects in producing coal gangue hollow brick comprises e.g. (i) adding zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate into distilled water, uniformly mixing, adding sodium nitrate into container, dripping equal volume of mixed salt solution and sodium hydroxide solution into the container, adjusting the pH value to 9.5-10.5, centrifuging and washing the precipitate until the supernatant is neutral, drying and grinding the product, (ii) adding the zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite to container containing formamide, mechanically stirring, adding graphite oxide into distilled water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, (iii) washing and drying the glass substrate, immersing in the zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite colloidal solution, and(iv) adding N,N-dimethyl diacridine nitrate into distilled water, fully stirring and dissolving, mixing graphene oxide/zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite compound, adding N,N-dimethylbisacridine nitrate solution, extruding, drying, and roasting. USE - The method is useful for reducing deformation defects in producing coal gangue hollow brick. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the uniformity of residual moisture distribution in the bricks until the brick blank can be shrunk uniformly in the roasting process; and realizes effect of reducing the deformation defects of the brick.
