NOVELTY - The preparation of metal oxide-graphene composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide, organic monomer, and inorganic acid in solvent, adding initiator to the solution, stirring, filtering the reaction product, washing with water and anhydrous ethanol, dispersing into doped ammonia aqueous solution, dedoping with organic acid solution, drying the final product, uniformly dispersing obtained product and soluble metal salt in aqueous solution, heating, adding concentrated aqueous ammonia solution, heating, pumping, filtering the final product, washing, and drying. USE - Preparation method of metal oxide-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of metal oxide-graphene composite material with large load quantity, and promotes the enrichment of metal ions on the surface of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of metal oxide-graphene composite material involves (1) uniformly dispersing 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-1 pt. wt. organic monomer, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. inorganic acid in 50-100 pts. wt. solvent, (2) adding 0.1-1 pt. wt. initiator to the solution, quickly stirring for 1-10 minutes, and reacting at -5 to 25 degrees C for 5-20 hours, (3) filtering the reaction product, washing with distilled water and anhydrous ethanol, dispersing into doped ammonia aqueous solution, dedoping with 1 M organic acid solution, and drying the final product at 60-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours, (4) uniformly dispersing 0.1-1 pt. wt. product obtained in the step (3) and 0.1-1 pt. wt. soluble metal salt in 100 pts. wt. aqueous solution, heating at 60-95 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, adding 5-20 pts. wt. concentrated aqueous ammonia solution, continuously heating, and stirring for 1-5 hours, and (5) stopping reaction, pumping, filtering the final product, washing, and drying at 60-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours.
