▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The cutter head has a bottom plate (1) whose upper side is fixedly connected with a support leg (2). A top inner wall of a casing (3) is connected to a rotating shaft (4) through a bearing. One end of a water inlet pipe (10) is connected to a connecting ring (7). A water outlet pipe (11) is arranged on an upper side of the casing. A support plate (13) is welded to an upper side of the bottom plate. One end of a ball screw (14) is sleeved with a worm (15). A tool bit (17) is welded to the lower side of a knife rest (16). A battery is placed at the bottom of an electrolytic cell (18). An oxygen connecting pipe and a hydrogen connecting pipe are installed at a top portion of the electrolytic cell. A mixing chamber is connected to one end of the hydrogen connecting pipe. A spray pipe (24) is connected to an upper portion of the mixing chamber. The other end of the spray pipe is sleeved with a sprinkler head (25). USE - Cutter head for processing graphene chips. ADVANTAGE - The he cooling water can help the energy conversion mechanism to dissipate heat, thus reducing failure of the machine head due to overheating. Hydrogen can be used as a reducing gas during cutting to prevent graphene from being oxidized during cutting, and another portion of water can be ejected with hydrogen to prevent hydrogen from being ignited due to excessive local temperature of the tip.
