NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conducting film with high tensile strength, comprises using graphene oxide film with diamine organic matter bonded between layers as raw material, performing low-temperature heat treatment on graphene oxide film with diamine organic matter bonded between layers, and performing high temperature heat treatment to obtain graphene heat conducting film with high tensile strength. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat conducting film with high tensile strength. ADVANTAGE - The method: has excellent yield of graphene heat conducting film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene heat conducting film with high tensile strength is prepared by above mentioned method, the tensile strength of the graphene heat conducting film is 80-100 MPa, preferably 70 MPa.
