NOVELTY - Preparation of environmentally-friendly cable material involves adding ethylenediamine, ethanol solution and polyurethane to graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and reacting to obtain modified polyurethane, putting montmorillonite in triethylene glycol, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, adding polyacrylic acid and ferric chloride, heat-preserving, adding amantadine and 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil and reacting to obtain first product, ultrasonically treating magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide in deionized water to obtain suspension, mixing diethylaluminum hypophosphite, silane coupling agent KH570 (3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and ethanol, dripping the magnesium aluminum layered double hydroxide suspension and reacting to obtain second product, mixing modified polyurethane, first product, second product, tributyl citrate, maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene and polycarbodiimide, and putting the mixture into feeder of twin-screw extruder and extruding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of environmentally-friendly cable material involves putting 8-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide in 60-80 pts. wt. deionized water and ultrasonically treating to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, adding 3-6 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol solution and 80-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, stirring and reacting at 130-150℃ for 3-4 hours and obtaining modified polyurethane after washing and drying, putting 4-6 pts. wt. montmorillonite in 30-50 pts. wt. triethylene glycol, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion, adding 5-10 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid and 2-4 pts. wt. ferric chloride, blowing nitrogen under protection, heat-preserving at 100-120℃ for 0.5-1 hour, raising the temperature to 200-210℃, adding 3-6 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution and heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, reducing temperature to 80-100℃, adding 6-10 pts. wt. amantadine and 8-12 pts. wt. 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil and continuously reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain first product, taking 1-3 pts. wt. magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide and putting in 60-80 pts. wt. deionized water and ultrasonically treating to obtain a suspension, taking 40-60 pts. wt. diethylaluminum hypophosphite, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH570 (3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and 60-80 pts. wt. ethanol and mixing, dripping magnesium aluminum layered double hydroxide suspension and reacting at 60-80℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain second product, mixing 100-120 pts. wt. modified polyurethane, 4-8 pts. w.t first product, 8-10 pts. wt. second product, 10-20 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 8-12 pts. wt. maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)), 3-5 pts. wt. waterproofing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. polycarbodiimide under high speed to obtain a mixture, and putting the mixture into feeder of twin-screw extruder, setting screw speed to 180-240 rpm under extrusion temperature to 170-200℃, extruding and granulating.
