NOVELTY - Bio-based fully-degradable suction pipe comprises 18-30 wt.% polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, 20-30 wt.% PGA, 10-20 wt.% graphene modified epoxy resin, 1-3 wt.% silver nano ion powder, 2-5 wt.% eggshell powder, 3-8 wt.% hemp fiber powder, 2-8wt.% plasticizer, 3-8 wt.% silica, 15-30 wt.% starch masterbatch, and 5-10 wt.% polyethylene copolymer. The starch masterbatch comprises 60-70 wt.% non-grain starch, 1-3 wt.% silane coupling agent, 1-3 wt.% paraffin, 20-30 wt.% glycerol, 0.1-0.3 wt.% citric acid, 2-5 wt.% epoxidized soybean oil, 1-5 wt.% pigment, and 1-3 wt.% antioxidant. USE - The bio-based fully-degradable suction pipe is useful for suction of water or other liquid. ADVANTAGE - The bio-based fully-degradable suction pipe is environment-friendly and non-toxic, and has high strength, good stability and good biodegradation performance, and performance index meeting the national standards.
