▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The wire has a conductive core (1) formed with two-layer insulation (2). A first insulation layer is defined as a polyimide film with a fluoroplastic coating superimposed by a winding. A second insulation layer is defined as a raw calendered fluoroplastic film superimposed by a winding when subjected to heat treatment. The conductive core is made of graphene carbon filaments without coating and tinned graphene carbon filaments. The conductive core is made of silver-plated carbon filaments from graphene. A screen (3) is made in form of a braid of carbon filaments made of graphene without coating, a braid of tinned graphene carbon filaments and a braid of silver-plated graphene carbon filaments. USE - Lightweight bead wire i.e. graphene electrical wire, for facilitating fixed installation of an onboard electrical network of an aviation equipment. ADVANTAGE - The wire has improved mass and operational characteristics, reduced weight, increased mechanical strength and enhanced operational properties. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side view of a lightweight bead wire. 1Conductive core 2Two-layer ,insulation 3Screen 4Shell
