NOVELTY - Method for preparing nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material, involves (a) adding porous graphene oxide dispersion solution to N,N-dimethylformamide, adding nickel acetate, performing constant-temperature reaction, and performing centrifugation and washing process after completing the reaction, and (b) dissolving product washed in step (a) in water, and transferring to reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, and after completing the reaction, drying to obtain nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material. USE - Composite material used for preparing supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite material increases the voltage window of supercapacitor, and increases the energy density of supercapacitor to large extent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the supercapacitor, involving (a) preparing nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material, acetylene black, a binder and water to nickel hydroxide/HGO ink, and (b) printing silver paste by screen printing, sequentially superimposing nickel hydroxide/hydrogenated graphene oxide ink on PET plate, forming super capacitor pattern, and drying to complete preparation of supercapacitor.
