▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing silicone substrates or silicone composite substrates, comprises (a) providing at least one silane including alkoxysilane and/or hydroxysilane, (b) preparing at least one liquid oligosiloxane from the at least one silane by sol-gel reaction, (c) performing primary crosslinking reaction in which an at least partial crosslinking of the at least one liquid oligosiloxane takes place to form a silicone material, and (d) performing secondary crosslinking reaction out in which further crosslinking of the silicone material takes place in at least a partial area of the silicone material, where the primary crosslinking reaction and the secondary crosslinking reaction being orthogonal to one another. USE - The silicone or silicone composite substrate is useful as substrate film, electrode, encapsulation and/or passivation material for electronic components including LEDs or transistors, dielectric in capacitors, expandable conductor track and/or for edge stabilization of stretchable sensors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicone substrates or silicone composite substrates has high strength.
