NOVELTY - Preparing neodymium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus (Nb-Ni-Mo-P)/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer comprises pre-treating carbon steel surface, then adding pre-treated carbon steel into Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical compound containing electroplating liquid, ultrasonicating at 80-90 degrees C, taking out and drying to obtain Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical compound deposited. USE - The method is useful for preparing neodymium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improves corrosion resistance of carbon steel, surface hardness, wear resistance, and can effectively solves crack problem of particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing neodymium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus (Nb-Ni-Mo-P)/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer comprises pre-treating carbon steel surface, then adding pre-treated carbon steel into Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical compound containing electroplating liquid, ultrasonicating at 80-90 degrees C, taking out and drying to obtain Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical compound deposited, where the Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical compound containing electroplating liquid comprises 20-50 g nickel sulfate hexahydrate, 2-5 g sodium molybdate, 5-20 g sodium hypophosphite, 20-50 g trisodium citrate, 0.1-5 g neodymium, 1-10 g graphene oxide, and 0.3-0.6 g sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Nd-Ni-Mo-P/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer is prepared by above mentioned method.
