NOVELTY - Preparing low-defect graphene involves reducing graphene oxide to obtain reduced graphene oxide, subjecting obtained reduced graphene oxide to microwave irradiation for 10 seconds. USE - Method for preparing low-defect graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare low-defect graphene which has lots of graphene sixmembered ring nucleus pre-processing material, performing microwave irradiation is quickly absorbs microwave energy, it has six-membered ring as a core, fast growth of rearrangement, defectes repairing graphene oxide, and has ultra-low defect high quality graphene product.
