NOVELTY - An ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete comprises 560 pts. wt. cement, 64 pts. wt. water, 900 pts. wt. gravel, 780 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 75 pts. wt. fly ash, 63 pts. wt. rice hull ash, 145 pts. wt. silica fume, 16 pts. wt. water reducer, 11 pts. wt. activator, 1.7 pts. wt. cellulose fibers, 78 pts. wt. steel fibers, 50 pts. wt. hydroxyl-modified carbon nanotube dispersion, 52 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion and 2.9 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete with C230 grade coarse aggregate for steel-concrete composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has high toughness and durability, high bonding strength with steel (strength reaching to 9.24 MPa), compressive strength reaching to 235.48 MPa, flexural strength of 48.23 MPa, splitting tensile strength of 22.95 MPa, and chloride impermeability grade reaching to level ?. The steel-concrete composite structure has improved performance and mechanical properties.
