NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength thermal insulation sintered brick, comprises adding nitric acid solution and glass fiber into pre-treated river sludge, mixing, heating and stirring, filtering, adding sodium silicate, graphene and water, mixing, molding, and sintering to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength thermal insulation sintered brick. ADVANTAGE - The sintered brick: has reduced weight, excellent mechanical property, heat preservation property, low cost, improved structural strength and bonding property, and high strength; and ensures recycling of city river sludge and protects farmland resource.
