NOVELTY - The yarn has a coaxial multilayer coating structure provided with an outer layer, first and second layers and a core layer, where the outer layer is made of short fiber, and the first layer made of low melting point fiber film, and the second layer is made of conductive medium graphene or graphene oxide, and the core layer is a matrix filament. USE - Flexible conductive yarn. ADVANTAGE - The structure realizes protection and isolation of core material in an effective manner by adopting a low melting point material forming film first layer and wrapping the outer layer with the short fiber, realizes better conductivity effect by adopting a conductive medium graphene or graphene oxide second layer, adopts a matrix filament core layer to realize better rigidity and flexibility, passes low melting point fiber in solid phase to liquid phase by heat treatment, fixes the liquid phase low melting point substance to a surface of a polyester conductive filament by action of airflow, forms a coaxial multilayer coating structure of a yarn main body and forms the yarn main body with better and stable electrical properties.
