NOVELTY - A recycled fiber is obtained by adhering a graphene oxide to the surface of the fiber subjected to recycling treatment. USE - Recycled fiber used in resin composition for forming molded article (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The recycled fiber provides carbon fiber reinforced plastic having improved strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a production of recycled fiber which involves adhering graphene oxide to the surface of the fiber, by contacting the fibers with graphene oxide.
