NOVELTY - Aqueous ceramic tile adhesive comprises 55-69 pts. wt. modified acrylic ester emulsion, 20-25 pts. wt. modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-8 pts. wt. vinyl acetate-acrylic acid-β-hydroxypropyl copolymer emulsion, 5-9 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, 0.3-1.1 pts. wt. additive, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. filler, and 0.6-1.4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the filler is graphene-doped chopped carbon fiber, and contains 0.05-0.1wt.% graphite. USE - Aqueous ceramic tile adhesive is used in ceramic tile back glue technology field. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous ceramic brick adhesive prepared by the method greatly improves the bonding strength, it has fast drying speed, good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, by adding graphene-doped chopped carbon fiber filler, greatly improving the compression strength of the back glue, high physical mechanical strength, the ceramic tile back glue has good low-temperature flexible performance, to satisfy requirement of the cold area, and has high applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the aqueous ceramic tile adhesive, comprising (i) adding modified acrylic ester emulsion, modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate-acrylic acid-β-hydroxypropyl copolymer emulsion and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion in a stirring kettle, mixing at low speed for 15-18 minutes, and centrifuging at a speed of 300-500 rotations/minute (rpm) to obtain mixed emulsion; and (ii) adding additive, graphene-doped chopped carbon fiber filler and auxiliary agent to the mixed emulsion, increasing the rotating speed to 500-800 rpm, and dispersing for 20-25 minutes.
