NOVELTY - The tag has a metal substrate layer formed with a Topas medium layer. An upper Topas medium layer is formed on a graphene layer. The Topas medium layer and the upper Topas medium layer are laminated with each other. An upper surface of an upper graphene layer is formed on the Topas medium layer. The graphene layer is embedded on a surface of the upper Topas medium layer. A bottom part of the Topas medium layer is fixed with a contact. An upper surface of a lower graphene layer is embedded in the Topas medium layer. An upper graphene layer is fixed with a metal surface of a substrate. USE - Graphene-based chip terahertz identification tag. ADVANTAGE - The tag avoids need of a chip, and is small in size, and reduces operating cost, and increases geometric structure uniformity.
