▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an iron coated multilayer graphene nanocomposite material, comprises performing thermal expansion peeling on graphite oxide using Hummers method, adding the obtained multi-layer graphene into an reaction container, introducing protective gas into a container to discharge air in a flask, controlling a suit of four-mouth flask, heating the four-mouth flask, introducing pentacarbonyl iron into the reaction container under an atmospheric protection, performing thermal decomposition process on the mixture, and cooling the mixture to room temperature under the protection of gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing an iron coated multi-layer graphene nano composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing an iron coated multi-layer graphene nano composite material with large-scale industrial production, in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing an iron coated multilayer graphene nanocomposite material, comprises performing thermal expansion peeling on graphite oxide using Hummers method at high temperature to obtain multi-layer graphene, adding obtained multi-layer graphene into an reaction container, introducing protective gas into a container to discharge air in a flask, controlling a suit of four-mouth flask, slowly heating the four-mouth flask at 200-250 degrees C under a continuous mechanical stirring and refluxing, introducing pentacarbonyl iron into the reaction container under an atmospheric protection, performing thermal decomposition process on the mixture at 200-250 degrees C, and cooling the mixture to room temperature under the protection of gas to obtain the end product.
