NOVELTY - 7-9 mu L Graphene oxide/magnetic carbon (MCD)/gold nanoparticles homogeneous solution-modified glassy carbon electrode and molecularly imprinted polymer are subjected to electro polymerization process in presence of mixed solution of acetic acid and methanol to obtain molecular imprinted polymer electrochemical sensor. USE - Manufacture of molecular imprinted polymer electrochemical sensor used for detecting sunset yellow in food. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and rapidly provides molecular imprinted polymer electrochemical sensor having high sensitivity, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide/MCD/gold nanoparticles complex is obtained by adding 5 g chitosan and 5 g nano iron oxide in acetic acid solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding to an autoclave at 180-200 degrees C, reacting for 12 hours, obtaining MCD, adding obtained MCD to 0.1 g graphene, uniformly dispersing, adding 5-7 mL 20 wt.% polydiallyldimethyl chloride, mechanically stirring for 10-12 hours, adding 3.65 mL 0.01 mol/L chloroauric acid solution, heating, adding 3 mL 1% sodium citrate solution, stirring for 30 minutes and magnetically separating. Molecularly imprinted polymer solution is prepared by adding 0.1 mol/L potassium chloride solution to template molecules, adding functional monomer, reacting at room temperature for 2-4 hours to complete pre-assembly of template molecule and functional monomer. 7-9 mu L Graphene oxide/MCD/gold nanoparticles homogeneous solution-modified glassy carbon electrode and molecularly imprinted polymer are subjected to electro polymerization process in presence of mixed solution of acetic acid and methanol to obtain molecular imprinted polymer electrochemical sensor.
