▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) adding carbon material into absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonically washing for 10-30 minutes and drying, (ii) soaking dried carbon material in boric acid solution for 1-2 hours, taking out and drying, (iii) placing dried carbonaceous material in a tubular furnace, pumping vacuum in the tubular furnace to 0.095-0.098 MPa, introducing argon gas at 0 MPa, repeating vacuumizing and argon gas process for 3 times, (iv) ensuing heating furnace temperature from room temperature to 1000-1300degreesC at a heating rate of 5-20degreesC/minute under argon gas protection, using bubbling method to use argon gas with flow rate of 0.1-0.6 l/minute to replace absolute ethyl alcohol into the tubular furnace, preserving heat, (v) finishing heat preservation, stopping introducing argon gas with absolute ethyl alcohol, starting introducing pure argon gas after tubular furnace temperature is reduced to room temperature, and taking out surface in-situ growth of material. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron carbide doped carbon nanotube (B4C/CNT)nano-wire composite material.
