NOVELTY - The device has an insulating layer that is set to forms a containing space capable of sealing. The insulating layers are formed by aerogel. The aerogel is selected from oxide aerogel, fiber reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel, polymer reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel, silicon gas gel, graphene aerogel, carbon nano-tube aerogel, and any one or more of the group consisting of a resin group gas gel and a polysaccharide gas gel. The heat preservation layer is comprised of heat preservation plates formed by gas gel. The multiple heat preservation plates are spliced together to form a sealed containing space. USE - Heat preservation device for protecting biological material when irradiation sterilization (claimed) of product such as vegetable, meat, biological agent, vaccine and medical biological material. ADVANTAGE - The heat preservation performance of the heat preservation device is good, the temperature of the material to be heat preservation material is kept in a certain range in a specific time, avoiding material because the temperature is too high or too low or temperature change too fast to denature or deteriorate.
