▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises (a) adding 0.15-2 wt.% carbon black, graphene, carbon particles, carbon nanofiber and/or carbon nanotubes to the shape-memory alloy mixture powder, (b) uniformly stirring and mixing the powder with a mixer under the protection of inert gas, and (c) drying the mixed powder and using as the raw material powder for additive manufacturing. USE - Method for preparing shape memory alloy based composite smart material, which is useful in electronic communication, medical and sanitary, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, energy chemical engineering and civil building fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: promotes the overflow of interface pores in the process of additive manufacturing of the shape memory alloy; and improves the stability of the molten pool, and improves the mechanical properties, damping and shape memory functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a shape memory alloy-based composite smart material.
