NOVELTY - The display has a touch-control sensing layer formed on a substrate. The substrate is formed with a graphite conductive layer and a lower protective layer. The touch-control sensing layer includes a sensing unit and a multi-electric isolation conduction circuit. An anode layer is formed in a metal grid and doped in gold, silver or molybdenum material. A doped graphite alkene layer or electro-conductive high-molecular layer is provided with a flexible transparent electrode. Nitrogen-doped graphene element alkali metal salt or doped graphene is coated on the flexible transparent electrode. USE - Integrated graphene OLED touch screen display. ADVANTAGE - The display is environment-friendly, and has high sensitivity, low manufacturing cost and prolonged service life.
