▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Green environmentally friendly composite insulation material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 20-30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 6-12 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 2-6 pts. wt. magnesium silicate, 4-6 pts. wt. calcium sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. lecithin and 5-10 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber latex. USE - Used as green environmentally friendly composite insulation material. ADVANTAGE - Green environmentally friendly composite insulation material has bending strength of 20 MPa, small water absorption property and low thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of green environmentally friendly composite insulation material comprising (i) mixing magnesium silicate, graphene and calcium sulfate in ball mill, where ratio between material in ball mill is 20:1-30:1, milling time is 60-120 minutes, (ii) setting the temperature in the reactor to 100-110 degrees C, adding 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 20-30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 6-12 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. lecithin and 5-10 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber latex into reactor, stirring, raising temperature at 120-150 degrees C, then adding milled magnesium silicate, graphene and calcium sulfate, and stirring the mixture to be homogeneous and (iii) removing the material and cooling to room temperature, and then pressing at pressure of 40-60 MPa, molding and cooling to obtain final product.
