NOVELTY - The switch has a medium layer provided with a substrate reflecting layer and a graphene layer, where the graphene layer is fixed on a dielectric layer. The substrate reflection layer, the dielectric layer and the graphene layer forms a capacitor structure. A metal structure layer is located on the graphene layer. Metal electrodes are arranged between the substrate-reflecting layer and the graphene layer. A voltage source is connected with the graphene layer. The substrate reflecting layer is made of gold, Silver or aluminum. The dielectric layer is made of aluminum, where thickness of the dielectric layer is about 0-2um.
