NOVELTY - A casting penetration composition comprises 45-60 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 15-25 pts. wt. nickel oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. chromium oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. composite salt, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium fluoride, and 5-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Casting penetration composition used for graphite reinforced valve fittings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has good anticorrosive effect, and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of casting penetration composition comprising taking all raw materials, mixing, adding deionized water, stirring to form mixture, applying to the surface of sand core or cavity, drying, and pouring.
