▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing in-situ self-repairing graphene metal-based self-lubricating composite coating involves irradiating high-power continuous laser on the metal surface of the preset graphite powder to obtain large-area graphene film. The surplus carbon source is penetrated into the metal substrate, artificial damage to the graphene film prepared in situ by the laser shows damaged areas, and then studies the solid phase diffusion of carbon atoms and secondary growth of graphene through heat treatment process. USE - Method for preparing in-situ self-repairing graphene metal-based self-lubricating composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare in-situ self-repairing graphene metal-based self-lubricating composite coating that provides more durable guarantee for reducing frictions.
