▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of a bone tissue engineering repair scaffold, involves (a) preparation of bioglass nanofibers and polymer materials/gelatin nanofibers loaded with antitumor components, (b) adding the bioglass nanofibers, the anti-tumor component-loaded polymer material/gelatin nanofibers and graphene into a solvent, and mixing to obtain a mixed suspension, (c) freeze-drying the mixed suspension to obtain an uncrosslinked bone tissue engineering repair scaffold, and (d) crosslinking the uncrosslinked bone tissue engineering repair scaffold to obtain a bone tissue engineering repair scaffold. USE - The method is used for preparation of a bone tissue engineering repair scaffold (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The scaffold promotes the repair and regeneration of bone tissue at the surgical resection site through the synergistic effect of physical structure and chemical components, and simultaneously, the residual tumor cells at the surgical resection site are killed, and realizing the treatment of bone tumors and the later bone tissue repair and regeneration.
