▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabricating see-through thin film solar cell involves preparing substrate comprising molybdenum (Mo) layer on first surface, forming see-through patterns by selectively removing portions of Mo layer, and sequentially depositing chalcogenide absorber layer, buffer layer and transparent electrode layer on substrate and on Mo layer comprising see-through patterns. The see-through array is formed according to shape of see-through patterns by removing chalcogenide absorber layer, buffer layer and transparent electrode layer deposited on see-through patterns, by irradiating laser beam from under substrate toward transparent electrode layer. USE - Method for fabricating see-through thin film solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve product aesthetics, and increases interfacial adhesion force and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a see-through thin film solar cell, which comprises substrate comprising molybdenum (Mo) layer on one surface, chalcogenide absorber layer deposited on Mo layer, buffer layer deposited on chalcogenide absorber layer, transparent electrode layer deposited on buffer layer, and see-through array formed to penetrate through Mo layer, chalcogenide absorber layer, buffer layer and transparent electrode layer by selectively removing portions of Mo layer, chalcogenide absorber layer, buffer layer and transparent electrode layer.
