▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photocatalyst comprises magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composites and mycotoxin nucleic acid aptamers attached to surface of magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composites. The magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite material comprises graphene oxide, photocatalyst titanium dioxide and magnetic nanometer iron tetroxide dispersed in graphene oxide. The surface of the magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite has carboxy groups. The mycotoxin nucleic acid aptamers are attached to the surface of magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composites through carboxyamine dehydration condensation reaction. USE - The photocatalyst is useful for selectively photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxins (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst: can realize selective degradation of mycotoxin pollutants; provides strategy for the precise prevention and control of mycotoxins; and is easy to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the photocatalyst of selective degradation mycotoxin, comprising synthesizing magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite material by hydrothermal reaction of graphene oxide, nano-ferric oxide and tetrabutyl titanate, forming carboxy groups on the surface of the magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite, linking the mycotoxin nucleic acid aptamer to the surface of the magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite material through carboxyamine dehydration condensation reaction, and preparing photocatalyst for selectively degrading mycotoxins.
