NOVELTY - Preparing graphene paint involves selecting the appropriate amount of water-based resin, epoxy resin, high temperature resistant silicone resin, silicone resin and nano zinc oxide, put the selected water-based resin, epoxy resin, high temperature resistant silicone resin, silicone resin and nano zinc oxide into the mixer, and then stirring with speed of 300-400 revolution per minute for 10-20 minutes. The stirring temperature is controlled at 45-65 degrees C, after the stirring is completed. The water-based resin, epoxy resin, high temperature resistant silicone resin, silicone resin and nano-zinc oxide are poured into the grinding machine for grinding. The grinding time is 20-30 minutes and the particle size is 3000-4000 mesh to get mixed powder. The appropriate amount of polyester polyol and chlorinated paraffin are selected, poured the selected polyester polyol and chlorinated paraffin into a blender for stirring for 10-20 minutes at 50-70 degrees C. The stirring time is controlled at 30-45 minutes, and the stirring temperature is raised to 70-90 degrees C. The stirring rate is controlled at 250-350 revolution per minute to obtain mixed liquid. The prepared mixed powder is poured and prepared mixed liquid together, and mixed thoroughly by a mixer. The rotation speed is controlled at 250-350 revolution per minute, and then the temperature is raised to 50-55 degrees C, anmd magnetically stirred for 30-40 minutes, and then filtered the mixture for 20-24 hours, and removed the supernatant to obtain graphene paint.
